Purpose: Maintain a single operational cadence across AI, Product, Ops, and Finance.

Inputs (Leading Indicators)

  1. Liquidity – jobs filled per hour / metro
  2. Quote → Book Conversion – % per SKU
  3. Average Travel Time / Job
  4. Provider Acceptance Rate
  5. P95 Payout Time
  6. Estimate Accuracy (quote→invoice)
  7. Leakage Rate (off-platform contact / billing)

Outputs (Lagging Metrics)

  1. Mean Time to Repair (MTTR, median hours)
  2. First-Time Fix Rate
  3. NPS / CSAT Δ vs. baseline
  4. Dispute Volume + Median Resolution Time
  5. Contribution Margin / Job
  6. Repeat Jobs / SMB Cohort

Decision Rules (Mechanisms)
